Viktor Orbán declared that the war is over. So why is there still a state of danger due to war in Hungary?

In the past week, Viktor Orbán has often talked about the war in Ukraine being over, and peace being at the door. In spite of this, his government continues to maintain the “state of danger due to war in a neighbouring country” in effect. The special legal order, introduced in 2022, grants the government unusually broad emergency powers.
